General Terms and Conditions

Onze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle bestellingen, leveringen en diensten via onze webshop.

Wij verkopen op afstand bestuurbare voerboten en accessoires. Daarnaast bieden wij onderhoud, reparaties en technische upgrades aan. Alle producten en diensten worden zo nauwkeurig mogelijk omschreven. Er kunnen kleine afwijkingen in specificaties of kleuren zitten.

Bestellingen plaats je via onze webshop. Betalen kan via iDEAL / Bancontact / Creditcard. De bestelling is definitief na ontvangst van de complete betaling.

Wij verzenden zowel binnen als buiten Nederland. Bestellingen worden doorgaans binnen 1 werkdag verzonden. De leveringstermijn is indicatief en niet bindend. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor vertraging bij de vervoerder.

De verzendkosten worden vermeld bij het afrekenen. Voor internationale zendingen kunnen douanekosten of invoerheffingen van toepassing zijn. Deze kosten worden doorberekend bij de kassa.

Orders can be placed via our webshop. Payment can be made via iDEAL, Bancontact, or credit card. The order is finalized upon receipt of full payment.

All our products are covered by a statutory warranty of 2 years under normal use. If other warranty conditions apply, this is stated with the relevant product.

For defects outside the warranty, we offer paid repairs.

Separate agreements apply to technical services, such as maintenance or upgrades. These are confirmed in writing in advance. Any shipping costs for the delivery and return of boats are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of our products or by performing technical modifications yourself. Our liability is limited to a maximum of the purchase price of the product.

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. In the event of disputes, the court in The Hague has jurisdiction.
