A 24-month warranty against manufacturing faults and defects is included with the purchase of your boat. The warranty commences on the date of purchase, as stated on the proof of purchase. This warranty covers defects resulting from material or manufacturing faults during normal use of the bait boat. The warranty includes the repair or replacement of defective parts, at the discretion of the manufacturer/seller.

Excluded from the warranty are: Damage caused by improper use, misuse, negligence, or accidents. As well as damage resulting from modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized persons. Wear and tear from normal use, such as scratches, dents, and/or discoloration. Damage caused by water infiltration resulting from improper use or maintenance. Damage caused by the use of batteries not recommended by the manufacturer. Damage caused by corrosion of the electrical components due to exposure to salt water.

In the event of a defect, the customer must contact the seller or manufacturer using the provided contact details. The customer must provide proof of purchase and a clear description of the defect. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to the manufacturer or seller for repair or assessment. After repair or replacement, the bait boat will be returned at the expense of the manufacturer or seller.

The responsibility of the manufacturer or seller is limited to repairing or replacing parts that do not function properly.

The manufacturer or seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
