At BBoats, we stand for quality. All our bait boats and accessories are produced with care and craftsmanship. However, it is possible that a part may become defective. In that case, we are ready to help you.

Please note: We no longer offer service, maintenance, or repairs for the MK1 bait boat. We only provide these services for the Xplore MK2 and Discover bait boats.

Warranty conditions

You have a 2-year warranty on your bait boat.

Covered under warranty are, among other things, defective servos or a non-functioning on/off button.

Not covered by warranty

Damage to propellers caused by fishing lines or debris
Damage caused by moisture (such as with remote controls)
Damage caused by improper use or external influences

Registering a repair or warranty claim

Would you like to report a repair or warranty claim? Please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to reparatie@bboats.nl
2. Add clear photos of the problem
3. Describe the problem as completely as possible

Do you still have warranty? Then also add a copy of the invoice

After receiving your request, we will contact you as soon as possible to schedule an appointment.

Shipping your bait boat

You can only send your bait boat to us after confirmation by email.

After repair, we can return the bait boat to you. The cost for this is €25.

These shipping costs only apply to the return shipment.

Shipping costs to send the boat to us are always at your own expense, even for warranty claims.

Repair prices

After inspection of your bait boat, you will receive an indication of the costs from us. We only start the repair after we have received verbal or written approval.

A maintenance service costs €70 for both models.

Warranty on repairs

We provide a 6-month warranty on the repairs carried out.

Damage caused by improper use or moisture damage is not covered by this warranty.
